Role Description The Sales Manager – Engineering Services at PANAP is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for driving sales of engineering services, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. The Sales Manager will identify recent business opportunities, prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements. Daily activities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, tracking sales metrics, forecasting revenue, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales or business development within engineering services, industrial solutions, or related technical domains.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to understand and communicate engineering concepts, service offerings,



and value propositions clearly and accurately.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic productivity tools for lead management, reporting, and sales forecasting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and documentation abilities.
Proven organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple opportunities and priorities effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in sales or engineering are an advantage.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineering, operations, and finance to deliver client solutions.
Comfort working on-site in Pune City and engaging in regular client visits, meetings, and industry networking activities.
