Sales Executive / Lead Follow-up (Full-Time, Delhi)

About Digital Marketing Sage Digital Marketing Sage (DMS) is a Delhi-based digital marketing team helping Indian businesses grow through websites, paid ads, SEO, and content, delivered as an ongoing subscription rather than one-off projects. We work with coaching institutes, travel businesses, and B2B companies.

We're hiring a Sales Executive to manage our lead pipeline, follow up with prospects, and book qualified meetings for the founder. This role does not involve closing deals; your job is to qualify and move leads from interest to a booked meeting. Closing is handled separately.

What you'll do:
Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Qualify leads based on budget, intent, and fit before booking
Book meetings on the founder's calendar and confirm attendance
Update lead status and notes in the CRM (TeleCRM) after every interaction




Reduce no-shows through reminder follow-ups before scheduled meetings
Report daily on leads contacted, meetings booked, and pipeline status

What you need:
Comfortable on the phone and on WhatsApp, clear spoken and written English/Hindi
Persistent, doesn't give up after one unanswered call or message
Basic understanding of CRM tools, or ability to learn TeleCRM quickly
Organised, doesn't let leads go cold from missed follow-ups
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or lead generation preferred

Compensation:
? Salary: Rs.15,000 to 25,000/month
? Incentive: for every meeting booked that the client actually attends

? Schedule: Full-time, 6 days/week
