Role Description The Sales Manager role at INDSTAAL is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad.



The Sales Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for pre-engineered building solutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies. The role involves close collaboration with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and specifications. The Sales Manager will track sales performance, prepare regular reports, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and contribute to sales forecasts and strategic planning.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial solutions, with robust skills in client relationship management and account development.
