Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for leading sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and driving revenue growth in the assigned region. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with prospective and existing customers, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads. The Sales Manager will track sales performance, prepare regular reports,



and collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities. The role also involves mentoring and guiding junior sales staff, maintaining market intelligence, and representing Cheryl Enterprises at relevant industry events and meetings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, business development, or account management, preferably within the Indian market.
Robust negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and develop actionable sales plans.
Experience leading or mentoring sales teams and coordinating activities across departments.
Comfort working in an on-site environment in New Delhi, with a readiness for client visits and local travel as needed.
