You will be the architect of our digital presence, responsible for crafting strategies that drive engagement, retention, and brand loyalty across our portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

Community Building: Deliver a range of social initiatives—from exciting business/social event calendars to targeted email and print communications—designed to foster deep connections between our users.

Strategy & Execution: Build and execute a robust social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Campaign Management: Run high-energy contests and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and improve user retention.

Influencer Relations:



Authentically engage with brand advocates and key influencers to amplify our brand value proposition.

Data-Driven Growth: Capture and analyze social KPIs to optimize posting schedules and continuously improve our digital impact through monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting.

Content Curation: Oversee organic content creation with a sharp eye for detail, grammar, and brand consistency.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3–4 years in a Marketing or Community-focused role.
Domain Expertise: Experience in Pharma marketing/the pharmaceutical domain is required.
Platform Mastery: Deep knowledge of social strategies and analytics tools for FB, IG, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Communication: Exceptional writing skills and the ability to articulate the value of our specialized solutions to a diverse audience.
AI & Tools Proficiency: Basic working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to assist in content creatio
