Job Summary

As an Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce platforms.

You will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to drive campaign performance, analyze data, optimize budgets, and contribute to business growth through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Swiggy Instamart Ads, Blinkit Ads, and Zepto Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, ACoS, conversion rate, and sales.




Analyze campaign data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and recommend optimization opportunities.
Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to improve campaign effectiveness.
Assist in campaign planning, budget tracking, and performance forecasting.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with Creative, Category, Brand, and Operations teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with business objectives.
Monitor campaign budgets and flag performance anomalies while recommending corrective actions.
Stay updated with recent advertising features, platform updates, and industry best practices across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce marketplaces.
Support process improvements and documentation to enhance campaign efficiency and execution.
