We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Business Development Executive who is eager to build a career in B2B sales, client acquisition, and corporate relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
Identify and qualify potential clients across multiple industries.
Schedule meetings, discovery calls, and presentations for senior business development managers.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software.
Conduct market research to identify target companies and decision-makers.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until conversion.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand service offerings and client requirements.
Prepare client databases and maintain accurate records of daily sales activities.
Meet daily,



weekly, and monthly activity targets for calls, emails, and meetings.
Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, capability presentations, and commercial documents.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong confidence in speaking with business decision-makers.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making 80–120 outbound calls per day.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and internet research.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
Internship or prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer service is an added advantage.
