SGM Group is a growing real estate company focused on delivering quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional who can take ownership of our online presence, lead generation, campaigns, and digital growth.
Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
* Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
* Plan, create and manage engaging content, campaigns, reels and social media creatives.
* Handle and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid marketing campaigns.
* Generate and optimize quality leads for real estate projects.
* Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversions, engagement and ROI.




* Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to ensure effective lead follow-up and campaign execution.
* Conduct market, competitor and audience research to identify new digital opportunities.
* Manage website/landing page content and coordinate for SEO improvements.
* Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights based on campaign performance.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, platforms and best practices.
Requirements years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.

* 3 years of Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation.
* Hands-on experience with digital campaign planning and performance analysis.
* Good understanding of social media content, trends and audience engagement.
* Solid analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of digital marketing activities.
