Role Description This is a full time, on-site Technical Trainer–Computer Science role based in Bengaluru.



The Technical Trainer will design and deliver computer science and technology-focused training programs for K–12 educators and school staff, ensuring effective use of Next Education’s products and platforms. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom and lab-based sessions, preparing training materials and hands-on exercises, and adapting content to different skill levels and curricula. The role involves collaborating with product, content, and academic teams to update training modules, gathering feedback from participants, and continuously improving training delivery. The trainer will also support onboarding of new client schools, provide post-training support, and document best practices for scalable implementation.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Technical Training and experience working as Technical Trainers in computer science or related domains.
