About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and sharp Business Development Intern to drive strategic growth for our solar division in Dhanbad. Moving beyond standard ground-level sales, this internship puts you right at the intersection of B2B growth strategy formulation and high-converting B2C sales execution.

Key Responsibilities & Core Focus Areas1. B2B Strategy & Market Development
Framework Design: Brainstorm, design, and execute strategic roadmaps for penetrating the B2B solar market (commercial complexes, manufacturing units, and institutional clients across Jharkhand).
Partner Ecosystems:



Identify, map, and formulate outreach frameworks for channel partners, contractors, and institutional stakeholders.
Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research on competitor pricing, subsidy updates, and commercial solar offerings to sharpen our market positioning.
2. B2C Scripting & Direct Execution
Sales Copywriting & Scripting: Design, test, and refine high-converting sales scripts, pitching frameworks, and objection-handling guides for B2C solar rooftop adoption.
On-Ground Implementation: Actively test and implement these scripts across incoming leads, direct client interactions, and outreach campaigns to measure conversion velocity.
Funnel Optimization: Analyze conversion bottlenecks in the B2C pipeline and rapidly iterate on scripts and messaging to maximize closed deals.
