Role Description The Laptop Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The engineer will diagnose hardware and software issues in laptops, perform component-level repairs, and carry out routine maintenance to ensure reliable performance. Responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, handling service tickets, documenting repair activities, and coordinating with the service team to meet turnaround times.



The role involves field service work as needed, including visiting customer locations, installing or replacing parts, and testing systems for proper functioning. The engineer is expected to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, follow service procedures and safety standards, and contribute to overall service quality.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving laptop hardware and software issues.
