1️⃣ INVENTORY EXECUTIVE
? Location: Sohum Panjabari HO
? Responsibilities:
• Receiving & checking physical goods from suppliers/warehouse along with GRNs.
• Making inward entries in ERP with correct quantity, supplier/brand, MRP & location details.
• Securing products with correct barcodes & security tags before floor transfer.
• Preparing transfer documents for outgoing stock.
• Physical stock verification & system vs. physical variance reconciliation.
• Working with the Store Manager on stock variance control.
• Coordinating with Buying Team & Inventory Manager for stock transfers/outgoing stock.
• Maintaining records of Non-Trading Materials at the outlet.
? Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate in any stream.
• Valuable proficiency in MS Office, preferably Excel.
• Knowledge/use of PDT handheld devices for scanning.
• Comfortable learning & using ERP systems.
• Minimum 1 year experience required; retail experience preferred.

2️⃣ PACKERS & TAGGERS
? Location:
Sohum Panjabari HO
? Responsibilities:

• 10th/12th Pass preferred OR relevant warehouse experience.
• Basic understanding of product codes, barcodes & shipping labels.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift standard boxes up to 15–20 kg.
• High attention to detail and speed.
