Role Description The Consulting Partner is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for leading client engagements and driving strategic initiatives across COTROU’s service areas.
This role involves assessing client needs, conducting business diagnostics, and developing tailored consulting solutions in areas such as growth strategy, digital transformation, workforce development, and operational improvement. The Consulting Partner will collaborate closely with client leadership teams, facilitate training and workshops, and provide advisory support on market expansion, compliance, and process optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing consulting projects end-to-end, preparing proposals and presentations, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring measurable outcomes and client satisfaction. The individual will also contribute to internal knowledge development, support business development activities, and help strengthen COTROU’s service offerings and partnerships.
