Role Description The Human Resources Executive will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations and supporting people processes for the Greater Jaipur Area office. This full-time, in office position is responsible for implementing HR policies, overseeing employee lifecycle activities, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, coordinating performance and appraisal processes, handling employee queries, and supporting engagement initiatives. The role also involves fostering positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and partnering with leadership to enhance workplace culture.
