Role Description The Junior Research Fellow (JRF) will support research projects under the guidance of faculty members and principal investigators. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data, assisting in laboratory or field work, preparing reports and presentations, and helping with drafting research articles or project documentation. The JRF will also collaborate with research teams, maintain accurate research records,



and adhere to ethical and institutional guidelines. This is a full time, on-site role based in Jammu, requiring regular presence on campus and active participation in university research activities.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge in a relevant academic discipline, supported by a postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Demonstrated research aptitude, including the ability to review literature, formulate research questions, and apply appropriate methodologies.
Basic proficiency in data collection and analysis, with familiarity in statistical tools or field methods as relevant to the project.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, manuscripts, and presentations, and for collaborating with faculty and peers.
Ability to work diligently in an on-site academic research environment, manage time well, and follow project time
