Role Description This full time Sales Specialist role is based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will identify and engage prospective clients, present service offerings, and guide individuals and families through the enrollment and decision-making process. Daily tasks include conducting outreach calls and meetings, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and collaborating with service teams to ensure client needs are clearly understood and met. The role also involves delivering product and service information, assisting in basic training or onboarding for new clients, and contributing to sales strategies and targets. The Sales Specialist is expected to build long-term relationships, provide responsive support, and uphold Karissa’s standards for integrity and client care.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and explain services clearly.
Proven Customer Service experience, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving for diverse client needs.
Hands-on Sales experience, including lead generation, closing deals, and working toward defined sales targets.
Exposure to Training and Sales Management activities, such as guiding clients through onboarding or supporting team sales
