Role overview

We are seeking an experienced technology manager to lead development teams, drive technical excellence, and deliver scalable, secure, high-quality solutions across modern software, cloud, Agile delivery, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals, while leading development teams and fostering a collaborative, creative, high-performing engineering culture.
Oversee architecture and delivery of enterprise web, mobile, and cloud applications by adopting modern tools, technologies, best practices, and ensuring code quality, scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with product, business, stakeholder, and cross-functional teams while leading Agile planning, estimation, ceremonies, release execution,



and delivery governance across timelines, resources, risks, and milestones.
Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, standards, KPIs, Agile metrics, testing, documentation, deployment, production support, release management, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

ASP.NET MVC/Core, C#, .NET Framework/Core
SQL Server, REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Angular or React; Git, Jira, Agile/Scrum

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 10+ years of software development experience.
3+ years leading software development teams and managing Agile delivery of enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience with modern web technologies, cloud platforms, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
