Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for managing client interactions before, during, and after events. This role involves responding to inquiries, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure services meet or exceed client expectations. Daily tasks include maintaining client records, following up on feedback, resolving issues, and supporting smooth communication between clients and the operations team.



The executive will also assist in building long-term relationships, promoting repeat business, and contributing to continuous improvement in customer experience.
Qualifications

Solid customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering positive client experiences.
Experience in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and handle time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced event environment.
Relevant experience in events, hospitality, or service-oriented industries is preferred.
Proficiency with basic office software and customer management tools.
