Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Telemarketer role located in Pune. The Telemarketer will be responsible for tasks such as appointment scheduling, communication with potential clients, customer service, and driving sales through telemarketing efforts.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
Sales skills
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Previous telemarketing experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
