Role Description The Packaging Development Manager (Luxury Packaging) will lead the end-to-end development of premium packaging solutions for Vitalpro’s food and confectionery brands, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics, product protection, and consumer experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Recent Delhi and involves collaborating closely with product development, marketing, procurement,



and manufacturing teams to design and implement innovative luxury packaging that reflects the company’s vision. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating brand concepts into packaging specifications, managing vendor partnerships, overseeing prototyping and testing, and optimizing materials and structures for quality, sustainability, and cost efficiency. The role also includes monitoring market trends, conducting technical and material research, and ensuring that all packaging complies with food safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. The Packaging Development Manager will support continuous improvement across the packaging lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
Qualifications
