Role Description The National Business Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading overall business growth and strategic direction for Guru Outdoors across India. This role involves developing and executing national sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue through key accounts, and expanding the company’s footprint in mobile van advertising, LED TV campaigns, in-shop branding, outdoor media, and events. The person in this role will oversee regional teams,



set performance targets, manage budgets and profitability, and ensure consistent service delivery and brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating large contracts, identifying new market opportunities, collaborating with operations and creative teams, and providing regular business performance reports to senior leadership. The National Business Head will also mentor team members, implement best practices, and represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

Strong experience in sales leadership, business development, and account management within advertising, media, or outdoor marketing.
Proven ability in strategic planning, market analysis, and revenue growth across multiple regions.
