Role Description The Paid Search Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves planning, executing,



and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and other search engines to drive high-quality leads and enrollments. The specialist will conduct keyword research, manage budgets and bids, create and test ad copy, and monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools. Daily responsibilities include analyzing data, preparing performance reports, collaborating with marketing and content teams to align messaging, and recommending improvements to landing pages and funnels. The role requires ongoing experimentation, staying current with paid search and digital marketing trends, and ensuring campaigns meet defined performance and ROI goals.
