Role Description The Senior Associate role is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting and enhancing PInterview’s interview practice and career consulting services. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and scheduling online mock interview sessions,



managing communication between users and industry experts, and ensuring a smooth user experience across the platform. The Senior Associate will help collect and analyze user feedback, assist in designing and improving service offerings, and contribute to content and process documentation. This role may also involve engaging with educational institutions and professional communities, supporting marketing and outreach initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize operational efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, job seekers, and industry experts.
Experience in operations, coordination, or customer success roles, preferably in edtech, career services, or online platforms.
