Role Description The Area Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Nagpur, with some flexibility for work from home. The Area Manager will oversee sales and business development activities for Concord Biotech’s product portfolio within the assigned territory,



including planning and executing territory-wise strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Responsibilities include managing relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key accounts, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves leading and mentoring field teams, ensuring effective implementation of marketing initiatives, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Area Manager will also prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in territory management, sales planning, and business development within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related industries.
