Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective clients, understand their land and plot requirements, and present suitable property options. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits, explaining property features, pricing, and legal aspects, and supporting clients through negotiation and closing. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads, inquiries,



and sales activities, following up with prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The Sales Associate is also expected to stay informed about local real estate trends and contribute to basic sales promotions or events as needed.
Qualifications
Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and close deals.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn about land and plot transactions, including documentation and regulatory aspects.
