Role Description This full-time Developer role is an on-site position based in Gujarat, India. The Developer will design, build, and maintain software applications that support debt collection workflows, data processing, reporting, and compliance tracking. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, debugging and troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance,



and integrating new tools or APIs into existing platforms. The role involves collaborating with operations, compliance, and management teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support system upgrades and enhancements. The Developer will also participate in testing, documentation, and ongoing improvements to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.

Qualifications
Strong skills in core programming languages (for example, Java, C#, Python, or similar) and experience with object-oriented development.
Proficiency in web technologies and frameworks such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and at least one contemporary front-end or back-end framework.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic data modeling and query optimization.
