This role sits in two worlds and needs to be equally comfortable in both. In the morning you might be in a scoping call with a General Counsel or Chief Compliance Officer, agreeing integration architecture. In the afternoon you are building it. We are not looking for someone who does one and delegates the other.
What You Will Do
— Lead client discovery and scoping sessions: understanding existing tech stacks, data flows, and pain points clearly enough to design a solution in the room
— Build integrations end-to-end using n8n as the primary orchestration layer: workflows, webhooks, API connectors, error handling, retry logic
— Connect our platform and client systems to the tools they already use: case management, contract platforms, and business systems as required
— Own the integration documentation: what was built, why, and how to maintain it
— Support clients post go-live: not just hand off and move on
— Feed implementation learnings back into the product team so we stop solving the same problems twice
What We Need From You
— Genuine n8n expertise:
you have built complex, production workflows, not just followed tutorials
— Solid REST API knowledge: authentication, pagination, rate limiting, error handling: the full picture
— The confidence to run a client meeting with senior stakeholders and take it somewhere useful
— Robust written communication: your scoping documents and integration specs need to be clear enough that clients can sign off without a call to clarify
— Enough technical breadth to work across JavaScript, Python, and SQL as situations demand
— An understanding of data security basics: client data handling, access controls, and audit trails
