Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Executives – Real Estate, based in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective buyers, provide detailed information about residential and commercial projects, conduct site visits,



and guide customers through the full sales lifecycle from initial inquiry to closing. Responsibilities include managing leads from various marketing channels, maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up consistently, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The role involves close coordination with builders and internal marketing teams to ensure accurate project information, competitive pricing, and effective promotional activities. Sales Executives are expected to deliver skilled customer service, represent the company’s brand standards, and contribute to the overall growth of Suraj Info’s real estate portfolio.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in real estate or related industries.
