About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Experience & Support Intern to handle customer calls, WhatsApp queries, follow-ups, and assist customers throughout their buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and queries.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Follow up with customers on enquiries and orders.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
Assist in converting enquiries into orders.
Who Can Apply?
Freshers and students with positive communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first approach.
