Role Description The House Manager role a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The House Manager will oversee daily household operations, including supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that all services are delivered smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing housekeeping and maintenance activities, monitoring inventory and supplies, and liaising with vendors and service providers as needed. The House Manager will maintain high standards of hospitality, support meal planning and coordination with cooking staff, and ensure that all household protocols are followed. The role also involves responding to resident requests, maintaining confidentiality, and continuously improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong supervisory skills to manage, support, and coordinate household staff effectively.
Excellent communication abilities to interact professionally with residents, staff,



and external service providers.
Experience in training staff to uphold service standards, household procedures, and etiquette.
Focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver a high level of personalized service.
Basic to intermediate cooking skills or the ability to coordinate with culinary staff to ensure meal quality and timing.
Prior experience in house management, hospitality, or luxury residential services is highly beneficial.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information discreetly, and demonstrate integrity.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in using smartphones or basic digital tools for scheduling and communication.
Fluency in English and Hindi is an advantage.
