Role Description The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for welcoming patients and visitors, managing inquiries, and directing individuals to the appropriate departments at CACCH. Day-to-day tasks include handling patient registration, maintaining appointment schedules, managing phone calls, and coordinating communication between patients, clinicians, and administrative staff. The role also involves maintaining an organized reception area, operating office equipment,



and supporting basic office administration tasks to ensure smooth front-office operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, requiring consistent presence at the hospital’s front desk and a professional, empathetic approach to patient interactions.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.
Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties experience, including managing check-ins, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
