Role Description The Business Analytics role at PPStack is a full time remote position responsible for turning data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions across the organization. In this role, the professional will collect, analyze, and interpret data from various business functions, develop dashboards and reports, and identify trends that inform product, marketing,



and learning strategies. Daily activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, performing quantitative analyses, validating data quality, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear, structured manner. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives, designing experiments, and contributing to data-driven decision-making for PPStack’s EdTech, career, and digital solutions.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
Proficiency in Business Analytics and Analytics tools for reporting, dashboard creation, and performance measurement.
Hands-on experience in Data Analytics, including data cleaning, transformation, visualization, and interpretation.
Solid foundation in Statistics for hypothesis testing, forecasting, and building data-driven models.
