Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor Direct Marketing executives to improve sales productivity.
- Conduct field visits and on-the-job training sessions.
- Drive product knowledge, sales skills, and process adherence.
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Support recent joiner induction and capability-building initiatives.
- Track training effectiveness and improve conversion ratios.
- Partner with business leaders to achieve assigned sales targets.
