Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth for solutions in robotics, warehousing, and industrial safety and automation. The Sales Manager will conduct client meetings and presentations,



prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term customer relationships. The role also includes collaborating with technical and project teams to align solutions with client needs, monitoring market trends and competitors, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Manager will ensure consistent follow-up, post-sales support coordination, and adherence to company values and policies.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
Experience in solution or consultative selling within industrial automation, manufacturing, warehousing, or safety solutions.
Ability to conduct client presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
Knowledge of robotics, material handling systems, and industrial safety concepts is highly beneficial.
