Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources will manage day-to-day HR operations, with responsibilities spanning HR management, implementation of HR policies, and employee relations activities. This full time, on-site role based in Jaipur includes overseeing recruitment processes,



onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, performance management support, and HR documentation. The role involves coordinating with department heads to understand staffing needs, resolving employee queries, supporting disciplinary and grievance procedures, and ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory requirements. The Senior Executive HR will also contribute to HR process improvements, maintain accurate HR records, assist in payroll-related coordination, and support training and development activities.
Qualifications
Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, including experience handling end-to-end HR functions.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, such as recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and coordination with multiple departments.
