Structural remodelling of existing frame where required including timber / precast concrete and load-bearing masonry. Includes construction of ground floor extension / sun lounge. Existing primary underground drainage infrastructure upgrade / replacement also undertaken.
Additionally feasibility Study for 4 existing buildings in Tameside area, for conversion into GP Surgeries / healthcare centres. Modifications included provisio of mezzanine floors within existing building footprints / general structural modifications.
