We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern who can help us generate and convert software development opportunities through Upwork.

As a BDE Intern, you will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, preparing and submitting high-quality proposals, communicating with potential clients, and helping move qualified leads toward successful project closures.

This is a sales-focused internship, ideal for someone who is interested in B2B sales, freelancing platforms, client acquisition, and the IT/software development industry.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Find suitable software development projects on Upwork.
Understand basic client requirements and check whether the project is relevant to our services.
Help prepare and submit simple, customized proposals on Upwork.
Communicate with potential clients through Upwork in a professional manner.
Follow up with interested clients and keep track of ongoing conversations.
Maintain basic records of projects, proposals, and leads in Google Sheets.




Research potential clients and understand their requirements.
Coordinate with the development team when technical information is required.
Learn and improve Upwork proposal writing and client communication skills.
Assist the team with day-to-day business development activities.

Good to have:
Previous experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
Experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
Basic understanding of technologies such as MERN Stack, React, Node.js, React Native, AWS, or cloud services.
Experience using CRM, Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools for lead tracking.

Additional candidate preferences:
Positive communication and basic English writing skills.
Interested in sales, business development, and client communication.
Comfortable using the internet and learning new tools.
Basic knowledge of software/IT services is preferred but not mandatory.
