About the Role
We’re hiring ambitious, energetic, and target-driven professionals for an Inside Sales / Business Development role.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in Inside Salea, Tele-sales, Outbound Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Customer Acquisition, B2C Sales.
You’ll be responsible for engaging prospective customers, generating interest, nurturing leads,



and driving revenue growth through consistent customer interaction and sales follow-ups.

Requirements

Conduct outbound sales calls and customer outreach activities
Engage and qualify prospective customers through consultative conversations
Explain product/service value propositions and handle objections effectively
Generate leads and drive customer conversions
Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship management with prospects
Update lead status, pipelines, and customer interactions using CRM tools
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment
Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and sales performance
Contribute directly to customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives
