✔Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sourcing to lead the procurement of fabric, sewing trims and packaging materials for our garment manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing strategy, supplier management, cost optimization, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability to support production timelines.
The ideal candidate will bring strong industry expertise, leadership capability, and a structured approach to procurement, along with the ability to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across sourcing operations.

✔Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
Lead sourcing and procurement of all fabric, sewing trims, packaging materials, and related accessories.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives, cost targets, and quality standards.




Ensure timely availability of materials to support production schedules without disruptions.
2. Domestic & International Sourcing
Manage both domestic and global supplier networks to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliability.
Drive supplier negotiations, contract finalization, and commercial terms to achieve cost efficiencies.
Identify and onboard current suppliers to strengthen the sourcing base and mitigate risks.
3. Inventory & Demand Management
Oversee inventory planning and control for trims and packaging materials.
Collaborate with planning and production teams to align material availability with demand forecasts.
Optimize inventory levels to balance working capital and production requirements.
4. Process Excellence & SOP Implementation
Establish, standardize, and continuously improve procurement processes and SOPs.
Drive digitization and system improvements in sourcing and inventory management.
