Role Description The Content Manager will oversee planning, creation, and optimization of content across multiple digital channels, ensuring alignment with client and agency marketing strategies. This is a full time, hybrid role based in Kochi, with flexibility for some work-from-home. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars,



coordinating with designers and copywriters, editing and approving content, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms. The role also involves collaborating with strategy and performance marketing teams, analyzing content performance metrics, and continually refining content based on data insights. The Content Manager will support thought leadership initiatives, manage workflows and deadlines, and help maintain effective processes within a remote-first setup.
Qualifications

Strong content planning and management skills, including development of content calendars, editorial workflows, and cross-channel content strategy.
Experience in digital marketing domains such as Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing, and YouTube or video-first content ecosystems.
Advanced writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with attention to detail and a clear, concise communication style.
