Role Summary

The Project Coordinator will serve as the central coordination point between the Project Site Teams, Management, Consultants, Contractors, Sales, CRM, Procurement, QS & Billing, Planning, MEP, Design, and other support functions. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of projects by driving coordination, monitoring project progress, resolving interdepartmental bottlenecks, and providing timely management reports.

The incumbent will facilitate decision-making by ensuring that project schedules, budgets, quality standards, statutory approvals, and customer commitments are aligned with organizational objectives. This role is not a site execution role but a strategic project management and coordination function.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination
Coordinate all project activities between Head Office and Site Teams.
Ensure alignment among Civil, MEP, Architecture, Planning, Procurement, QS & Billing, CRM, Sales, and Finance departments.
Facilitate smooth communication between internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.




Monitor project deliverables and ensure adherence to approved timelines.
Track action items from review meetings and ensure timely closure.
Project Planning & Monitoring
Monitor project schedules against approved baselines.
Coordinate with Planning Engineers to identify schedule variances.
Track project milestones and critical path activities.
Highlight delays and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure project execution aligns with the approved construction plan.
Management Reporting
Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Project Review reports.
Develop project dashboards covering:
Physical Progress , Financial Progress ,Cost Status ,Procurement Status,Quality Metrics, andProject Risks
Present project updates to senior management during review meetings.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordination with Cross Functional Departments to ensure timely completion of project activities.
