Role Description The Career Advisor is a full time remote role responsible for guiding learners through their career exploration, planning, and job search processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing career interests and strengths, and creating individualized career roadmaps. The role involves supporting learners with resume and portfolio development, interview preparation, and internship or job placement strategies.



The Career Advisor collaborates with instructional and placement teams to align educational offerings with market needs and may deliver workshops or webinars on career readiness topics. The advisor is expected to maintain accurate learner records, track progress, and provide ongoing encouragement and feedback in a professional and inclusive manner.
Qualifications
