We are looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1 year of experience to join our growing team at The One Branding. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the visual identity of our clients across diverse industries like Real Estate, Automotive, and Fast Food. You will work closely with our account managers and performance marketing team to convert briefs into high-impact visual content.Key Responsibilities
Social Media Creatives: Design highly engaging, scroll-stopping social media posts, grids, and carousels for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Performance Marketing Ads: Create high-converting ad visuals (static images and GIF animations) optimized for Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads for high-ticket clients.
Brand Identity Setup: Assist in crafting logos, brand guidelines, color palettes, and corporate stationery for local and upcoming businesses.
Video/Reel Editing Support:



Basic editing of short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and adding kinetic typography or motion graphics to static designs.
Team Collaboration: Brainstorm weekly content calendars and campaign concepts closely with our digital marketing executives and client account managers.
Required Technical Skills
Adobe Creative Suite: High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is mandatory.
Prototyping & Layouts: Basic working knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD for aligning layouts with our web development tech stack.
Video Editing Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or mobile tools like CapCut/Canva for basic motion graphics.
Speed & Organization: Ability to manage source files neatly and deliver multiple creative variations under tight deadlines.
