Role Description
The Business Development & Bidding Intern will support the growth of Praxline by working with prospect data, communicating with potential clients, supporting bid preparation, and helping convert qualified opportunities into successful deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching provided prospects to understand their business needs, preparing and organizing proposal documents, submitting and managing bids, communicating with prospects, and maintaining the prospect pipeline.
The intern will communicate with potential clients through qualified emails, messages, and calls, understand their requirements, coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop suitable solutions, handle follow-ups and objections, and assist in negotiating and closing deals. The role will also involve tracking bid outcomes, maintaining accurate prospect information, and supporting ongoing client relationship management.
This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement and work-from-home flexibility.
