Role Description The Desktop Support Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Goregaon. The person in this role will provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related software, including installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and operating systems.



Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues, resolving network connectivity problems, managing user accounts, and ensuring systems adhere to security and compliance standards. The Desktop Support Engineer will document incidents and resolutions, maintain asset inventories, and coordinate with senior IT and infrastructure teams as needed. The role also involves proactive monitoring, regular system maintenance, and supporting end users with clear and professional communication.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust hardware and operating system support skills, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
