Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a sales pipeline, and conduct lead generation activities through research, outreach, and networking. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, presenting CADBricks’ services, preparing proposals, and participating in negotiations to close deals.



The executive will maintain relationships with key accounts, coordinate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, and report on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to proactively create and manage opportunities.
Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to oversee client relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions clearly, conduct client meetings, and collaborate with internal teams.
Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in AEC, design, or technology services, is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
