Role Description The Senior Academic Counsellor will work in office in Bhopal in a full-time capacity, guiding prospective and current learners through academic and career pathways. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, assessing student interests and strengths, and recommending suitable courses and upskilling programs.
The role involves supporting students through admission processes, tracking academic progress, and coordinating with faculty and training teams to address academic or performance-related concerns. The Senior Academic Counsellor will also help design and implement counseling strategies, participate in outreach activities, and maintain accurate records to ensure a positive learner experience and successful placement outcomes.
