Your work profile:

As a Salesforce Experience Cloud Technical Developer in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Takes responsibility for own work or workstream, meeting engagement/project objectives and Deloitte quality standards.
Design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions for Customer, Partner, and Employee portals.
Configure and customize Experience Cloud sites using Experience Builder, custom themes, branding, navigation, and page layouts.
Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Triggers, Flows, and Salesforce Lightning.
Configure and implement Experience Cloud security, including Sharing Sets, Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, Authentication, and Self-Registration.




Integrate Experience Cloud with Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities, including Case Management, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, and Digital Engagement, to deliver seamless self-service experiences.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Proactively identify technical risks and issues and resolve them or escalate them to the appropriate leadership.
Troubleshoot and resolve Experience Cloud performance, security, integration, and user access issues.
Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and quality standards.
Participate in CI/CD and deployment activities using appropriate Salesforce development and deployment tools.
