Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign performance, audience targeting, analytics, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Manage campaign objectives including Lead Generation, Website Traffic, Conversions, App Installs, and Sales.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
Create and test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, and landing pages through A/B testing.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.




Work closely with creative/content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce acquisition costs.
Track customer journeys and optimize campaigns based on funnel performance.
Stay updated with the latest advertising platform features, trends, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
Hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager
Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and marketing funnels.
Robust knowledge of performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and CPM.
Experience with campaign optimization and A/B testing.
