Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, creating, and publishing financial education content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and email newsletters. writing and designing posts and short-form video scripts, scheduling and optimizing content, and ensuring brand voice and messaging are consistent. The specialist will monitor channel performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth. The role also involves collaborating with the founder and content team to translate financial concepts into accessible, audience-focused content, engaging with the online community through comments and messages, and staying updated on social media trends relevant to financial education.
